Return & Exchange Policy

At Real Fake Bling, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Eligible returns may receive store credit only, subject to the conditions below.

Store Credit Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, perfume, makeup, lotions, alterations, or misuse.

  • Include clear photos and/or video of the item for inspection before a return is approved.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for store credit.

Please Know Your Size

Please carefully review all sizing information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer and cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

Incorrect Item Received

If we accidentally ship the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will send the correct item at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item if necessary.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Please note: Colors, finishes, and stone appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Real Fake Bling is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations, changes, or address modifications.

Final Sale Items

The following items are always final sale and are not eligible for store credit:

  • Clearance items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Product Care

Fashion jewelry should be handled with care to help preserve its appearance.

To extend the life of your jewelry:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and harsh chemicals.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Store pieces in a dry location when not in use.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
